Do you realize that God created you for a purpose?
Paul wrote in Ephesians 2:10, “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.”
Never forget that God the Father knows your life from beginning to end and has a plan for all He created you to accomplish. Understanding this will help you avoid rushing into the unknown when you should be waiting for His guidance (Proverbs 3:5-6).
In your desire to see the Lord work in your life, you may often wish that He would reveal more about the path ahead or that He would speed you along to the destination more quickly. This is not uncommon; in fact, it is the inner struggle of every believer He uses powerfully.
But remember that God knows the big picture and what is best for you. He will not allow your passions and gifts to go to waste. He understands the level of faith you need in order to succeed and sees the best path for forming His character in you.
So endure and wait for Him to open the doors of opportunity. He knows what He created you to do. Trust Him to accomplish what concerns you.
Prayer: “Lord, thank You for giving my life purpose. Help me to wait for You to reveal the path for my life, amen.”
